Sundays in June come and 'Roast by our Fire' as part of The Sunday Roast Collection.  It's a 'Celebration of Pork' from the Temperance Kitchen:
Confit Shoulder, Slow Cooked Pork Belly & Grilled Loin
Accompanied by locally produced heirloom vegetables and house made sauce.   $25 alone or $30 with a Temperance selected glass of wine.
